Since I have a daughter(13) involved in softball, I can only give you feedback on that camp. Trust me, ASU camps are the way to go. It was quite affordable, and contrary to what some might think equal time was spent with each player working on drills and improvements. It produced results in her first game after camp and has been continuously since then. Several players and 3 coaches really ran a structured camp, and the best part was seeing Coach Myers giving my daughter instruction on hitting. She didn't know who he was at first, but later she asked me who "that old man" was. When I told her, her eyes lit up and jaw dropped. And 'til this day she remembers the 4 keys to her swing Coach Myers relayed to her that night every time she gets in the batter's box.
All in all, the camps seem to be very much worth it. It produced immediate results for us, plus increased my daughter's support of Sun Devil Athletics. :) Finally, we are headed to another Sun Devil Softball camp out of town this summer because we were so overly impressed. I know it is softball and not baseball, but I hope this helps anyway...
