Though 2 of them only have us by one, LSU and UT. I think we have been in the final 10 times, but only won half, thanks largely to losses to PAC 10 rival USC and once to Stanford. LSU has less appearances but a better winning %.
Time to start winning it all again. 1981 seems like yesterday to me, since I was at ASU then, but it is way too long for such a dominant program.
That said, I think we overachieved this year with such a young and inexperienced team, and congratulations are in order for a great run.
