Esmay knows the history of the program and wants his players to conduct themselves with that in mind. : : murphy being canned. i don't think it will have as negative an impact as many believe. in fact, i think some may perform better with the laid back esmay as opposed to murphy's rather "intense" manner that rubs many the wrong way
