I just don't see the upside in continuing with CTS. We are getting the "Indiana University" level of head baseball coach - which is fine for the Big 10.
I am so tired of "trusting the process". Screw that. There is only one reason why the number of players is so short, why pitchers have not developed, and why the record since and including the LBSt. fiasco is 8 - 11.
Your list of the PG rankings is also telling. this trend is not good.

I also recall the number of players who CTS seemed to have run off....at the time, I was willing to assume it was simply a change in direction. Now I am not so sure.
