What exactly is he supposed to do? ESPN owns the rights to the NCAA Tournament. ESPN operates the SEC Network. As for seeing baseball on the Big 10 Network, it has to be regular season. Big 10 Network is operated by FOX, and they don't have any postseason college baseball.
So again, what is it that Larry Scott should be doing?
