All of smith's cheerleaders are on Facebook. You confront them with the facts: 7 years, no conference titles and we haven't advanced beyond the regionals during smith's tenure. His overall record here is slightly above .500. Smith's cheer leaders on Facebook call those of us who don't like Smith and think a change is needed "haters". Every year we hear " oh this will be the year" that we won the conference title and will make a deep run in the tournament. Its the same excuses....injuries and inexperience. Im sick of the excuses and mediocrity. Smith hasn't improved this once elite program at all. Anderson supposedly looks at the entire body of work when he is evaluating a coach and the program. 7 years of mediocrity. His record here speaks for itself. Smith needs to go! Anderson needs to put his pride aside and make a change
