Sure - I am willing to back off, etc., and stow away my frustration.
But I don't see any way that ASU will get to Omaha. (Please prove me wrong! GO DEVILS!)
Shoot - as a 2 or 3 seed in somebody's regional, I doubt that ASU will win that. But if for some ridiculously weird circumstances arise - let's say Kai Murphy throws a complete game win, etc. - I would be willing to reconsider based on that (highly unlikely and improbable scenario) as well.
U4 just clinched - at worst - a tie for the conference championship. Is it too much to ask for ASU to be better than (currently) 4th? ASU should consistently be better than that team - but under CTS tenure, I think - maybe - there was 1 year in which ASU finished higher in the standings.
