I don't disagree that its time for a HC change. At all. I do disagree with your opinion that it has to happen today, yesterday, last week or even tomorrow. You point out that this teams wins "in spite of Smith" yet will not make it out of a Regional. So, what's the rush? If you get your wish, whos your replacement? You've yet to name him. Do you think one of the current assistants will do better than Smith is doing right now? Right now this team is making POSITIVE headlines nationally. Why do you cherish a move that would drastically change that with the huge distraction that would come with it?
