For as much as it sucks missing the dance, every second we can get EB on the court in the NIT is going to pay off 10 fold over the next 2 years. I see that guy being a legit Pac-10 center before he leaves, if he can just get into the flow of the game. Of course it's also nice to get the rest of the team a little more work.
