Pennell is reported to be the next assistant at UA.
My question; how can a state job be filled the day after it is vacated. I thought a job like this would have to be advertised for 1 week before they can hire.
I am sure that they will not officially announce the hiring until they have advertised for a week. But it sure looks like an opportunity for someone to sue UA for unfair hiring practices.
Just a thought at what the next act in soap opera will be.
