(SD) Kali Bennett is a 6-4 post player from Ventura HS, she had a great HS career and was recruited by numerous Pac 10 schools including ASU.
Kali played for Washington this past season and the knock on her was that she played out on the parimeter too much and was kind of soft in the paint, in her defense she stated that she never felt comfortable with the new coach in Washinton and felt she was under stress, this affected the way she played.
I remember watching her play when ASU played UDub, she really didn't have a good game but considering the circumstances it's understandable.I think she can help us in the low post but I still want to see us bring in some HS low post recruits.
