The Sun Devil Club according to their new policy that they verbally told me, will allow each season ticketholder to keep two tickets at the "Grandfathered" rate. Since I have eight tickets that I have had since Wells Fargo opened I would get only two of them at the "Grandfathered" rate and I would have to pay the full rate on the other six. That is my complaint. I got my ticket renewal package yesterday, and I was charged according to their new policy. I will write a very nice letter to the Sun Devil Club telling them that their new policy is unacceptable to me and asking them to reconsider their new policy. What was interesting there was nothing in the renewal package that explained that they were stopping the "Grandfathered" ticket policy, just an increase in what they were asking us to pay.
I will keep you informed of my progress with them.
