: : The NCAA passed a rule a few years back that if an assistant is guilty of violations the head coach can not use the excuse he didn't know about it. He is supposed to know what is going on in his program so saying he did not know is not an excuse to not be penalized. Miller and Book were like two peas in a pod so I seriously doubt he did not know. So once Book's trial is done the NCAA can take action. Miller is coaching on borrowed time.
Book is being charged with taking bribes to steer kids to the agent and/or financial adviser. If the FBI had evidence Book was paying players to come to U4, why wasn't this included in Books' arraignment? Because likely, it doesn't exist.
Again, what Book is being charged with and is likely guilty of is not anything on the NCAA rule book. The NCAA won't be happy, and the NCAA can certainly claim Miller should have known/lack of institutional control, but the holy grail of evidence that Arizona paid players to come to Tucson hasn't been produced yet. And will likely remain that way.
