As I mentioned in my post above I think a split in LA would be much more doable if the order of games was reversed. I could totally see a scenario going in and losing the first game to
USC (the better of the two teams), and then battle back (like we always seem to do) and get the split versus the weaker of the two in UCLA. I think if we would have played Oregon State on the road trip up there first we very likely get swept versus the split that we got.
: Oregon schools: Probably underdog to Ducks, favored over over Bevs.
: LA schools: Toss up or underdog to Bruins, underdog to Trojans.
: Washington schools: Should be favored over both.
: If the odds makers are right we would likely finish 3-3. Would love to beat Ducks, Quad 1 win, and at the least split in LA. If we get into top 4 that is a bye into PAC Tourney. If we don't then need a Wednesday win to make Semi's. Right now that would get us into the Big Dance. Fun to see what happens. Sure glad we are putting this together.
