Totally agree that Verge is the missing component. He’s learning that he doesn’t need to finish every time at the basket, that dishing off to the open man is just as valuable. Totally matured. Let’s give a shout out to Lawrence, he has really turned it around. So much more confident. If Verge is going to be fouled, and he will be, I hope he’s spending a lot of time in the gym perfecting his free throws because he’s going to be taking a lot of them and it may determine a close game in the tournament. Now if we could just box out a little more and fill up our box score with more rebounds I think this team can go really really far. So excited to be a Sundevil. Thank you Coach Hurley .
