Your point about Thomas and Lawrence not shooting - along with the others (Mitchell never shoots - and I am not sure why) - is a good point.
Thomas had some quality shots and playing time early in the season. Then he got out of the rotation. I think CBH inserted him last night to get his size in, given the disparity of the teams overall comparative height.
As far as I am concerned - I think Thomas and Lawrence should be like everyone else - green light on all decent, open looks.
House's lack of confidence is something he will address. he can work on his form as well.
Graham was getting mauled underneath, and perhaps intimidated to a degree. He needs a dose (or 2)of "mean". He needs to be feared, not liked. He has good moves, ability, etc., but needs to be a presence.
We matched up against UCLA pretty well. Rebounding killed the Devils. I loved the pressure - I am not impressed with UCLA's ball handling.
And finally, in the second half, Kyman was really "less than average". He was "en fuego" late in the 1st half - and then a non factor. (of course actually defending him was an effective deterrent.)
I don't expect Oregon to lose to the Bay Area teams in Eugene, but you never know. ASU needs to go 3 - 0.
