The business aspects, however are delivered by a management entity.
:: Clarification to your clarification: GCU ran into problems going to the private model from the accreditation board. Because of the other aspects that are still run as a business. I haven't read that they have gotten past that to have the private college accredited. Thus my comment that they are still a privately owned business (ie (owner of GCU)
