Just some things that I hope improve as the season wears on.
1. Listen, I know J Christopher is a special talent, but at the D1 level, you can't go One-on-Four and expect a good outcome. Several times he tried to do too much.
2. We've got no inside game. I get it, that guy GCU had down low was YOOOOGE! But we don't spend near enough time in the paint on offense.
3. Streaky-to-Poor outside shooting. When you don't have an inside game and you're cold from the outside... Yikes.
4. Rebounding. Are we allergic to crashing the offensive glass? There's rarely anyone down low even making an attempt at a board when we're chucking wild shots from the outside.
GCU is a good team, but with our talent, we shouldn't have needed an off-balance prayer from Remi to pull that one out.
