The old crap about filling our quota with J C kids that had two years and some didn't qualify or see the field. Average team takes about 2 or 3 year and teams like USC, Alabama, etc say WHO ,unless it is a no brainer high JC'er. It didn't work and I believe in development. Look at a lot of above average teams year in and year out and you will see a lot of home boys. Last timeI checked, Wisconsin had 46 from their state. When you get 5years for 4 it is great if you have the right coaches. I feel we have the best O and D coaching staffs we have had in decades, so development yes. Look at the kid from Oregon wwasn't even listed on two deep because of injuries. He was in top 50 for his position coming out of HS. Coaches evaluated him and said," Be a Sun Devil ." He transferred. Winning also does not hurt. In summarizing, Would rather have a boom than having a dead board. Give the hungry a chance.
