Hugh Jackson has the worst w-l record as a head coach in the NFL of anyone ever (assuming a certain longevity). He also has a history of blaming others for the deficiencies.
However, being a not-so-successful head coach does not mean that he can't be an incredibly successful assistant or coordinator. See Larry Marmie for an excellent example of that. Hue has been very successful as a coordinator/assistant. He also has recruited the California area in the past.
Could be an interesting choice but I would think they'll go younger. Maybe not.
