Eno is solid back, but an NFL back ? Not sure, at least not yet.
He has only played 2 years (of real playing time). Compare that to Jonathan Taylor, a legit NFL size/speed back, probably the best back in the 2020 Draft, who has played 3 years at WI
I understand injury possibility, making the money now, which would probably only be a signing bonus. (I just have a hard time seeing him making a team in the NFL next season)
Could be wrong, I think for Luguentz Dort, it was a premature decision for sure.
Guys with NFL bodies and speed like James White, Melvin Gordon, etc. these guys played all four years of college. And played a lot as true freshman, and really got four years of playing time before going to the league. Eno has 2.
Just tough thinking a guy of his size, barely 5’10” and 195lbs , with 2 years of real experience, makes it in the NFL. Think of some of the AMAZING college backs who didn’t make it.
Eno could use another year, IMO.
It would also be an understatement that ASU could certainly us Eno.
