I agree, way to many good AZ kids want to go out of state. Maybe the coaches have to be more aggressive in their recruiting of AZ kids and show much more of a presence on the high school campus's then they are doing presently. More of a "I'll come to you", then a "you come to me". GO DEVILS!!!
