I have not done much recruiting analysis during the last couple years. Therefore, most of my conclusions are anecdotal. But you may have noticed that I follow NDSU football. One cannot help but notice that they land a bunch of BIG O-linemen from the Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa region. I'm not sure if it's possible to convince many 6-6 300+ Midwest HS players to come to the desert - but it sure does wonders for the Bison line. Note also that NDSU gets most of the state's top linemen to stay local and eat home cookin'.
