Some guys are averse to violent contact as experienced in tackling and being tackled. Others thrive on it. Both are at a visceral level, i.e., not something you simply change your mind about. To me, KB always seemed to be in the first group, although there were times when CTG would piss him off to the point that KB would run with passion, and then put on an emotional tirade on the sideline.
The ďother groupĒ would be represented by Demario Richard who lacked some of KBís tangibles but absolutely thrived on dishing it out. Big difference.
KBís other limiting flaw was lack of field vision, rarely adjusting to defensive flow and pursuit or setting up his blocks. DR didnít have those problems either.
Thatís just my opinion.
