If Mawae wasnt interested then so be it. It takes a lot of time & energy to coach & recruit. If he was interested then its a slap to the face.
I hope he stays on as an analyst.
And this is not a knock on the new guy. I like his experience abd Herm says hes got a good personality too. I hope he is able to help recruit a higher caliber of offensive lineman in the years ahead.
