I am fortunate to have a great ticker rep. I had to have him talk me through the process of getting tickets and once we finished I told him that I thought the system was awful. I am not the most savvy user but I generally can figure things out. I would still be banging away if he wasn't available.
This has to be a nightmare for the reps. The site is not intuitive or user friendly, especially when transferring the tickets to my daughter and son-in-law. I will have to call the rep again as the parking slots will require some sort of identification to get in.
I can only imagine what it will be like if at the last minute I or my daughter can't make the game for any reason. How do I retransfer the parking or tickets. This will entail another call to my rep. How counter productive can this be...not very. He will soon be receiving a call from my 84 year old brother....my hope is that our rep has a glass of wine at the ready...he will need it after getting my bro up to speed.
