Yes. It doesn't list all of the 58 interconference games, but the article specifically mentioned that of those 58, four were ND against Pac-12 teams - USC (2) and Stanford (2).
Interesting point about Pac-12's national interest: Undefeated Washington's 2016 upset loss to USC (UDub's only loss that year before they made the playoff) barely cleared that 4M+ benchmark and didn't even win its own time slot. Iowa's upset of Michigan on at the same time blew it out of the water with almost 6.5M viewers.
Another factoid from the article data:
Of the top 15 most watched games, 14 of them included either Alabama (7) or Ohio State (7). (Only #11 didn't include one of those two: ND vs. Texas, which was also the only spot for ND or Texas on that list). On that list:
- Michigan (4 times) gets a lot of good 4M+ game numbers as well without Ohio State, but it doesn't make that top list at all without playing the Buckeyes. LSU (4) and Auburn (2) are even more dependent on the Tide for visibility.
In short, everyone is chasing the B1G big dogs and Alabama in terms of popularity and viewership.
