Just the opposite. There has been more recruiting activity with respect to the '23 class and beyond. Recruits are tagging Hawkins in their tweets. Elite '22 pass rusher Cyrus Moss now has ASU back on his short list ('22 is still going to be a terrible class from the high school ranks, though).
Assuming no loss to u4, Herm will be the one deciding if he coaches next year--not RA/Crow. Odds are more like 80-20, at worst, the staff is canned and even less that RA goes. AB is probably taking the fall. They will try to bring back Gill and Hawkins, arguing the 1 year suspension was "time served" on a show cause penalty.
Right now, I'd be very, very surprised if we are looking for much more than 1-3 new coaches, and I doubt one of those spots is the HC. I'd take the under at 2.5.
