So what do Iowa State, Minnesota and Oregon (three programs that in the past were lower tier programs) have that ASU doesn't Admin? Coaching? Money? All of the above?
Is it our job as fans to contribute $$ to find the Big name marquee coach, or find a big time donor?
Do we find the coach willing to work like Utah and Oregon State to find program guys that fit the system? who would be on that list?
