If you honestly believe this, you don't really follow college football. Is Rudy C going to be in the Heisman running this year? No. Is he one of the top 3 QBs in the Pac 10 (the best QB conference), I think so.
Rudy has been holding onto the ball too long this year, but thats not all his fault, quite often receivers aren't getting open. Also, he may still be in Koetter mode, looking for the bomb.
