Of course these team is made up of Clint Myers players because this is Craig Nicholson's first year at ASU but Nicholson is a very good coach, he has made some subtle changes that has worked very well for the softball team.
ASU is very aggressive on the bases, much more than when Myers was here, they steal more including double steals, they run the bases a lot more aggressive than before!
Nicholson has given more responsibility to the catchers, Amber Freeman calls the pitches when Dallas is catching, he calls the signals when Aguirre is catching,this has led to a much improved pitching by Dallas and Mac!
So far everything is clicking,we'll see how we do when we get to Fullerton!BTW the new scoreboard we be installed next month when the team goes to play in the tournament in Fullerton,this will be welcomed news to the season ticketholders who have be around for the past few years, they recently installed solar panels in the stadium to give much needed shade for the fans!
