I watched a high school team play like a well-oiled machine and defeat the ultimate nm class 5A State Champion team. I would not use the term "well-oiled machine" in any context of coaching nor playing the game in describing this Sun Devil team. Wonder how Herm would identify the key elements of team building at this level. NA Rhetorical.
