This is what I've been saying all along. His record here is barely above .500. The highest we have finished in conference was 3rd place. In 7 years no conference titles and get knocked out of the regionals when we do get into the tournament. Contending for the conference title and making deep runs in the tournament should be the expectation. We have not gotten anywhere close during smith's tenure...time to make a change
