I am also curious about the future of our softball program. I am concerned about the late season fade; but am not on the Clint bandwagon. His time came and passed and I was disappointed last year with the lack of development of our pitching staff which carried into this year. In addition numerous adjustments were made throughout Division I softball which I did not see happening during Clint's last 2 years. Our current pitchers gave their hearts to ASU but I put the responsibility of their development square on the coaching staff. Opponent players knew exactly how to hit our pitchers at critical times. This is not the fault of our student athletes; but of our coaches who did not develop better pitching strategies for critical situations. I really felt that our senior pitchers were still throwing as they did 4 years ago without development.
Go Sun Devils! I am still with you! Noy sure aout the coaches though.
